The Annual Cornerstone Men’s Retreat will take place from Friday, May 19th, through Saturday, May 20th. It is open to all men 15 years of age and older, and both Cornerstone members/regular attenders and outside family and friends are welcome.
We will once again be meeting in a house on Galveston Island. The house this year is directly on the beach and has four bedrooms with 10 beds along with 3 additional sleeper sofas in the common room.
Plan to arrive on Friday afternoon anytime after 3 pm (or whenever you are able) and leave Saturday afternoon after lunch. Activities will include cooking, beach time, beach or dock fishing, and times for encouragement and fellowship. More information regarding exact location and directions will be sent out to attendees closer to the retreat.
The cost will be $50 per person and includes lodging, dinner Friday night and breakfast Saturday morning. We will also be going out to lunch as a group Saturday afternoon but each person will pay for his own. Payments are due by May 19th (the first day of the retreat) but may be given to Melissa Haley any time before that. Checks should be made out to Cornerstone OPC.
