Houston Reformed Spring Retreat

We will once again join our friends at Providence Presbyterian for our annual Spring Retreat at Trinity Pines, a Christian camp and retreat on Lake Livingston. Activities will include studying God’s Word, fellowship, and prayer, as well as enjoying creation and playing.

Paul’s Epistle to The Corinthians

The early Christian Church in Corinth was not unlike the Church today. Plagued by division, distracted by temptation, and surrounded by a pagan world, this is Paul’s letter of grace, love, and instruction to the people of Jesus Christ.

    11:00 - Sunday Worship

Worship according to God’s Word should be characterized by a joy-filled reverence and awe. We experience this as we sing praises to the Lord, pour our souls out to Him in prayer, and feed spiritually on His Word and sacraments.

“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”Matthew 11:28-30
